Fantastic! I highly recommend Autotrust. This is the best showroom I have ever been to! Customer service was super. There were 3 gentlemen that were very helpful and genuine people. They gave a very good discount and guaranteed that my BMW i bought will have no issues. The car was in mint condition and the individuals were very transparent. No drama!

I bought a 2015 Kuga Titanium X Sport. Additionally I traded in my car as well.
I took out the warranty as I had the team MOT the car which passed before I picked it up, but just felt it was a decent thing to have but hopefully won't need to use.
Very chilled, not pushy or 'salesy' in anyway.

Brother Arsalan is a great salesman with very positive attitude as his father. They are very friendly and fare in their dealing. I had some issues during first visit, which were professionally addressed. After I took the car, next day I had problems with car boot, no matter what I do, it's not opening. I asked the brother to keep the car and fix it for me, he happily agreed.
Now I am waiting for the car to be fixed.
Everything happens for a good reason.
